CEC Board of Trustees 
 

The CEC membership is represented by a board of trustees elected for three-year terms at the Annual Membership Meeting held each year on the first Thursday in April. The main responsibility of the board is to oversee the operations of the cooperative. They also help to ensure the cooperative is meeting the members' needs in the most efficient and reliable manner possible.
