Our Customer Response Center is staffed 24 hours a day to provide timely emergency service. If you have an electrical outage, our trained operators are always on duty. They are ready to dispatch crews 24-7.

1). Dial the 1-800-239-1193 outage reporting number.

2). You will be prompted to verify your area code and phone number.

3). Then, simply follow the operator's instructions, and give detailed instructions, particularly if you are not calling from the outage location.

If you have a power outage during normal business hours, you may also report that outage by calling any of the CEC offices.
