Exceptional Energy Savings CEC places a priority on energy efficiency. As a collective effort between CEC and Touchstone Energy, a new efficiency home program has been developed and is now available to our members. The Touchstone Energy Home standards apply to both new and existing homes with owners who want them to be more energy efficient.
