Rural Electric Youth Tour

The Rural Electric Youth Tour is a state and national program which provides participating students with an exciting opportunity to tour historical places, see government in action and learn about electric cooperatives while making new friends. Locally, the Youth Tour is open to all high school juniors in the CEC service area and it is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. 

The CEC Youth Tour Coordinator will present information about the program annually to high school juniors each fall. All interested students are encouraged to write an essay and complete an application according to the guidelines presented.
